Had fantastic stay on a business trip, the staff were courteous, location was favourable close to the metro station which let you be in the city center in 15 minutes. I truly enjoyed the room with the private washroom, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Enjoyed my fantastic stay for the other two nights. Very nice staff who cared about me. Everything was good, extremely spacious and cheap room with the private washroom. Food in the Irish bar was great. I did not want to leave, so strongly recommend this hotel.

Great value for the price, considering it's relatively cheap for the city. The room, despite being a bit dirty, had a comfortable bed and the broken A/C was not a big issue thanks to the fan provided. The location was convenient, with quick access to downtown via the red trains and close proximity to Central Park. The staff made checking in and out extremely easy, and they were accommodating enough to change our room when we expressed concern about the shared bathroom.
Food for breakfast could be improved.
